Submitting Final Media for Degree Exhibition
- Click on the link for your class and enter the password given to you by your instructor/technician.
- Double check and watch your files and make sure they are correctly formatted, are the correct length, and do not have any visual artifacts.
- If you are replacing with a newer version, append a "v2" to the end of your file, like "cstrickler_trailershot_01_v2.mov". If you would like to confirm that we received your file, please email us at animtech@ecuad.ca.
- If you are in a group project and will only be submitting one set of files for yourself and your groupmates, please email animtech to let us know.
- Please follow the Technical Standards 2022 for all video files, including trailershots and trailers.
- Please refer to Naming Conventions for how to correctly name your files.
- Check your ECU email often in the days following the deadlines, that is how the technicians will contact you if your file needs a correction.

May 2nd - Films
- Final Films - Important, please read the following:
- Please adhere to the Technical Standards 2022 and Naming Conventions.
- If you have multiple sound mixes (stereo, 5.1, etc), please submit a single copy of your film with the stereo mix embedded and all additional sound mixes in a folder (drag and drop the folder from your file browser into the Sync dropbox).
- Do not include extra black footage or sync pops.
- Please do not zip your files; Apple Prores is already a compressed (and visually perfect) format. Additional compression yields very minor file size reduction.
- If you are replacing with a newer version, append a "v2" to the end of your file, like "cstrickler_film.mov". If you would like to confirm that we received your file, please email us at animtech@ecuad.ca.
